A jagged, rugged, craggy pass
That was what an exam used be
Once upon a time
Long, long, very long ago.
Myths it would make
Out of ordinary disciples.
Their travails bursting at seams
Their chronicles filling reams!
Now
Exams are a dry river bed
after a severe draught
lasting a parched decade
Excavate though a little!
Underneath could be civilisations
of cultured critiques
rooting themselves in
streams unseen
of intuitions unknown
where float visions
of futures exotic uncertain
that let us anew begin!
Pratima@ mcq's make markists!
