Soupçon, Why the fallacy fe(a)st?

'Fallacy speak' is quite some fad in Pune currently. Hence our Soupçon series which would try to educate you regarding the major types of fallacies. 

Let us look at the definition in simple words, and let us provide at least one example per fallacy.  Ready to thus beat Bapat black n blue, but at the fallacy fest? Anyway, much better than a slug of feasts, right? 

Today let us first define what is a fallacy? A fallacy is a glitch in the logical continuum. It is an error that confounds the meaning. A logical fallacy may have a major/minor premise, et al. We shall analyse such a structure, if necessary, as we go along.
